The busywork our providers used to do on every patient chart and note is gone. Now they see more patients in a day.

The phone rings at 5:40 and nobody’s there to pick it up. A consult request sits in the inbox until Monday. A provider stays late typing up notes. The front desk turns over, and the new hire needs three weeks before they can talk to a client without someone standing next to them. None of it is anyone’s fault. It’s what happens when the work grows and the team can’t.
Bennett played pro hockey. A power play is one more player on the ice without changing the roster. That is what gets installed: another player’s worth of intake, paperwork, follow-up and after-hours answering, in the accounts you already own.

Each one is already running at a client. Built in your accounts. No new software.
A consult request comes in from the site, an ad or a missed call. An AI agent replies inside your CRM within a minute, day or night, sends the booking link, and keeps following up by text and email until the consult is on the calendar. A no-show gets rebooked by text. Your front desk gets a task only when a person is needed.
A provider used to spend 15 minutes writing up every visit, and someone else spent hours filing. Now an AI drafting agent writes the note from the recording, the provider approves it, and it files to the right patient. Anything it cannot match cleanly goes to a person.
Calls after five used to go to voicemail, and the callback happened the next morning if it happened at all. An AI phone agent answers, books when it can, takes a message when it cannot, and flags anything urgent to a person right away. Overflow and after-hours only. It is never your front desk.
Confirmations and reminders go out on their own. When someone cancels, the next person on the list gets a call.
You pull numbers from four systems every week. Instead: booked, seen, collected, and what changed, every Monday at 7.

Anything that reaches a patient or a client gets read by a person first.
No new vendor to manage, no new logins to hand out, nothing your team has to learn.

The front-desk hire you can’t fill costs about $45,000 a year loaded, and takes weeks before they can talk to a client without someone standing there. Would you rather keep paying for that seat, or pay once for the same work done in the accounts you already own, with someone checking it?
The plan does this arithmetic with your hours and your rates, not ours.
Individual results vary.
The plan is the product. Every task with its hours a week, what it costs you a year, and a fixed price to fix it. Yours to keep, whoever builds it.
Example findings for a practice or firm, priced the way yours will be: hours a week, what it costs a year, what the fix costs once.
Month to month. Every account in your name. The plan is yours whether we build it or not.
Anything else, ask on the call. Tell us where the business feels stuck and we’ll say whether an assessment fits.
The owner assessment is $1,000 and takes three to five days. A team assessment, two to four interviews, is $2,500 to $5,000 and takes about a week. Five or more interviews across departments is quoted from $7,500. Whichever one you buy comes off your first install in full if you go ahead within 30 days. First installs are a fixed $1,500 to $5,000 and take about a week. Bigger builds from the plan run $10,000 to $25,000 over two to six weeks, half up front.
The plan in three to five days for an owner assessment. The first piece live about a week after you say go. The hours back within 30 days of that, or we keep working at no charge.
You first. Then your managers and the people doing the day-to-day work, because they know where things break. On site or on Zoom, recorded with permission.
ChatGPT is great, but it’s not personalized to your business. It’s going to forget your business every single session. You’re going to have to reteach it every single session. It’s not going to be able to pull your numbers. It’s not going to understand your voice. It’s not going to understand your goals. What we install is connected to your data and your team, and we install the highest-return pieces first so you recoup the cost as quickly as possible.
No. The plan is yours. Build it with us, with your own people, or with someone else. If you build with us within 30 days, the assessment fee comes off the first install.
Then you don’t pay. If the plan doesn’t find problems costing at least three times its fee every year, the fee is waived.
Only where you say so, and a person reads anything that goes out to a patient or a client. The after-hours phone agent takes calls when nobody else can and hands off anything it can’t handle. We don’t put a bot on your front desk, and we don’t touch patient records outside a signed business associate agreement.
Interviews are recorded only with permission, and the recordings are used to build your plan and nothing else.
Practices and firms with a team, doing $1M a year and up. Under that, the bigger problem is usually getting more customers, and that’s a different conversation.
Tell me what’s going on in the business and I’ll tell you what I’d fix first and what it costs. No deck, no pitch, nothing to sign.
